Replication of DVD's and CD's begins with the precise glass mastering process where a nickel stamper is created for mass production. Our replication facility features Singulus finishing lines in a clean room environment.
Copy Protection/encryption services for DVD are also available.
They include:
- Macrovision RipGuard Encryption (digital to digital
protection)
- Macrovision Anti Copy Encryption (digital to analog
protection)
- Content Scrambling System (CSS) (digital to digital
protection)
- Regional encoding
Utilizing the latest in quality control technology, all discs are 100% in line inspected, and our rigid quality standards are verified off line to further
ensure the integrity of our discs.
The optical media is then decorated utilizing either our 133 LPI
(line per inch) 5 color silk screen or the latest in digital disc
decoration technology which takes "on disc" printing to a new level of photographic quality.
Digitally printed discs can also have variable data
printing ranging from variable text to serialization.
Smaller quantity DVD's and CD's are duplicated (burned) and verified with the same integrity as our larger replication runs. Each disc can then be decorated in full color using thermal color printing. From completed discs, our award winning design team will help guide you through a myriad of packaging options and distribution services.
Cine Magnetics is a fully licensed replicator having agreements with Philips, 3C DVD License Group, 6C DVD License Group, MPEG-LA and DVD-FLLC.
