Over the past decade Cine Magnetics has established a firm foothold in video coding and authoring for DVD video. We are prominent in inflight entertainment and are responsible for encoding, authoring and editing most content viewed onboard domestic and international carriers.
We are also active in other non-theatrical venues such as shipboard satellite delivery and military exhibition. We are able to encode to any format called for in today’s market, from handheld to set-top sessions. All content is digitally vaulted on near-line storage. This enables us to quickly reintroduce audio and video essence into the workflow when new formats have to be transcoded to. For delivery of content Cine Magnetics has acquired a 50 Mbps fiber connection that is burstable to whatever bandwidth is needed.
